Mike Fusco is the Founder and Principal of Resilient Shield LLC, an executive protection and security consulting firm providing discreet, intelligence driven protection services for corporate leaders, high profile individuals, and ultra high net worth families.

Mike brings over nine years of law enforcement experience from the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, where he served as a Police Officer and was selected for his department’s elite SWAT Team. During his time on SWAT, he participated in numerous high-risk operations including narcotics and weapons investigations, crimes against persons, and hostage rescue missions. He also served in the department’s Gang Unit, developing intelligence, conducting surveillance, and targeting some of the region’s most violent offenders.

Following his law enforcement career, Mike transitioned into the private sector, providing close protection for ultra high net worth individuals and corporate executives. His experience includes secure transportation operations, protective intelligence, threat and vulnerability assessments, and international protective assignments. Mike has conducted protective operations throughout the Caribbean, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, supporting both private principals and corporate executive protection programs.
